Sullivan Street Partners has announced the acquisition of three companies in the marine infrastructure sector: TMS Ltd, Hesselberg-Hydro and Marine Plant Hire UK Ltd. The acquisition was finalised in early April 2025 with the aim of expanding its presence across the United Kingdom.
The three companies, each with decades of industry experience, will now operate under the Ancora Group brand.
