Marina Port de Valencia is set to present its 35-year development plan during its first appearance as an exhibitor at the Palma Superyacht Village, taking place from 30 April to 3 May. Located at stand SY20 in the Superyacht Village, the team will unveil detailed plans for a large-scale waterfront project that includes modern yachting facilities with commercial and lifestyle offerings.

The initiative is led by two players in the Spanish yachting industry, IPM-IMG Group and Ocibar, who have combined their expertise to develop a forward-looking marina in Valencia. The planned development will consist of four distinct areas: marinas, a full-service refit yard, office and co-working spaces and a curated selection of dining and lifestyle spaces.
Designed to accommodate a range of vessels from 8 to 130-metre, the marina will feature three distinct basins and a dedicated refit area spanning 80,000 square-metre. The refit yard will be equipped with a 750 tonnes travel lift and supporting infrastructure. Beyond the technical scope, Marina Port de Valencia will introduce two office buildings, shared workspaces and leisure areas with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

The project emphasises sustainability and ecological responsibility. All infrastructure will be developed under an environmentally respectful construction framework to align with Valencia’s urban renewal goals. The marina also aims to strengthen the connection between the waterfront and the city, offering public access and vibrant mixed-use spaces.

Speaking about the event, Santiago Donat, Managing Director of Marina Port Valencia, said, “We’re very excited about our participation at Palma Superyacht Village and the opportunity to present everything we have planned to make Valencia an even more international destination. Having our own stand at one of the best-known boat shows means that we can show current and future customers all the work done and give a sneak peek into our ambitious plans for the future.”

With its presence at the Palma Boat Show, Marina Port de Valencia sets the stage for what is expected to become a flagship development in the nautical sector. Visitors are invited to explore the project and learn how the marina will redefine the concept of integrating innovation, sustainability and urban connection.
