SF Marina has officially announced the launch of the development project for Port Nimara in Anguilla. The project is designed to elevate Anguilla's profile in the global yachting and economic landscape.

A new era for Anguilla’s maritime industry

Port Nimara is a comprehensive development project located between the Cap Juluca and Altamer estates. Located 26 nautical miles from Gustavia in Saint Barthélemy and only 11 nautical miles from the Sint Maarten international airport, the marina’s setting offers accessibility for international visitors and yacht owners.

The development is expected to boost Anguilla’s economy and maritime activity. Its upscale and strategic location are set to transform the destination and improve its tourism landscape.

A collaboration for growth

SF Marina is in collaboration with TEI Inc., a New York-based development group led by Francis Greenburger, and Antillean Development LLC, an Anguillan-based developer led by George A. Fraser. The collaborative project is designed to drive sustainable and impactful growth in Anguilla.

Managing Partner of the Development and CEO of SF Investments, David Mizrahi stated that, “Our goal is to create a world-class maritime destination that not only respects Anguilla’s natural beauty but also propels the island into a new era of economic opportunity.”

Project highlights and features

The development project offers a wide range of features, including:

  • 118 berths accommodating vessels up to 79-metre (260 feet).
  • A 62-key five-star hotel operated by a New York luxury brand.
  • 18 beachfront villas with potential expansion to 18 upland villas and 45 residences.
  • Anticipated creation of 200 direct jobs and approximately 500 peripheral jobs in the hospitality, maritime and retail sectors.

The development is also being constructed by Consigli in cooperation with SF Marina and will feature:

  • Yacht club, advanced customs and immigration services and waterfront promenade.
  • Security systems and full-service maintenance facilities.

Additionally, Anguilla’s airport will undergo a significant expansion, including a 7,800 runway extension to accommodate private jets and commercial flights.
