The development of Lake Shadroe Resort & Marina, a new luxury short-term rental resort in Cape Coral, Florida, is officially set to begin. The waterfront resort will offer upscale amenities and accommodations in southwest Florida.

Cape Coral-based developer Whitestone Developments announced the launch of the Lake Shadroe project, which will feature a four-storey complex with 48 resort-style waterfront units offering unobstructed lake views. The project includes two additional floors of commercial space to host a spa, restaurant and tiki bar, coffee shop and on-site management offices.

In addition, the resort will be home to a marina featuring wet slips, boat rentals, a marine fuel station and a Ship’s Store providing nautical supplies, bait and tackle, souvenirs and snacks.

The resort will also include a private beach, a resort-style swimming pool and a jacuzzi, all designed to offer guests a luxurious and relaxing stay.

The development project is under the Curran Young Construction (CYC), a construction management and general contracting firm serving Southwest Florida.

Once complete, Lake Shadroe Resort & Marina is expected to attract both local and international visitors seeking a waterfront escape.
