Monaco welcomed the Japan Marina & Beach Association on 4 March 2025, following a connection established with the Embassy of Monaco in Japan during its last trip. The visit aimed to strengthen international collaboration in the management of coastal and port facilities.
The association, under the authority of Japan’s Ministry of Transport, has had a network of 90 port and beach facilities for over 50 years.
The delegation expressed interest in forming a partnership with the Yacht Club de Monaco during the trip to share stories and future collaboration.
The directors of the Japan Marina and Beach Association were welcomed at the Yacht Club de Monaco and the Société d'Exploitation des Ports de Monaco. The group also toured Mareterra, the new district of Monaco.
